By accessing or using the MDT platform ("Service"), operated by Mobility and Precision Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
MDT provides a software platform for medical courier companies, dispatchers, and independent drivers to manage deliveries, track mileage, process settlements, dispatch jobs, and monitor fleet operations. The Service includes web and mobile applications.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

The Service uses GPS and location data to track deliveries, calculate mileage, and provide real-time fleet visibility. By using the mobile application with location tracking enabled, you consent to the collection and processing of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. Location tracking can be disabled at any time through the app, though this may limit functionality.
While we strive to provide accurate mileage tracking, earnings calculations, and tax deduction estimates, the Service is provided as a tool to assist with record-keeping. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data, including mileage logs, earnings reports, and tax deduction calculations. MDT does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
The Service, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Mobility and Precision Systems LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobility and Precision Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
