Why don't you list prices?
Because your price depends on your operation — fleet size, job volume, and how much data we migrate off your old system. A published tier would either overcharge small teams or undercharge large ones. The quiz gives us what we need to quote you accurately, usually within one business day.
What does the quote include?
The full platform, always: dispatch Command Center, live GPS tracking, the driver app for iOS and Android, chain of custody with e-signatures, client billing, driver payroll, client portals, and support. There are no feature tiers — every operation gets everything. Telematics hardware is the one optional add-on, quoted per vehicle.
Is there a contract? What about the installation fee?
No long-term contract — every quote is month-to-month, cancel anytime. Every new operation does pay a one-time installation fee, quoted up front: it covers building your workspace (dispatcher identities, driver accounts), migrating routes, clients, and pricing off your old system, training your drivers — and if you bundle telematics, provisioning every unit: serial number assigned to its vehicle and driver, SIM activated, behavior analytics configured. It's reviewed with you before you commit, never a surprise line item.
How does the telematics hardware add-on work?
We install a professional-grade plug-in OBD unit in each vehicle for a flat monthly add-on per vehicle on top of your platform rate — SIM card and data plan included. You get real-time vehicle tracking independent of the driver's phone plus driver behavior analytics (speeding, harsh braking, idling). The hardware remains our property: we provision each unit by serial number, maintain it, and swap it if it ever fails. Installation of the units is quoted as part of your installation fee.
What happens when my fleet grows?
Your rate stays flat as you add drivers within your fleet band — you never pay per driver or per dispatcher seat. If you outgrow the band, we re-quote the flat rate together. Your cost per driver goes down as you scale, not up.
Do my drivers pay anything?
No. The driver app and every driver feature — earnings dashboard, settlements, mileage and tax tracking, the Garage — are included for your whole team in the company rate.
I'm an independent driver — can I sign up?
Driver accounts are currently provisioned by dispatch companies on the platform. Independent driver signup is coming; you can request early access through the contact page.
How secure is my data?
Route, client, and driver data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in an encrypted cloud database with automated daily backups, and run on isolated, hardened, ransomware-resistant infrastructure with a high-availability standby for 99.9% uptime. We never sell or share your data, and you can export it any time — it's yours.
