When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, and driver identification number.
When you enable GPS tracking in the mobile app, we collect real-time location data including latitude, longitude, speed, altitude, and bearing. This data is used to track deliveries, calculate mileage, and provide fleet visibility to dispatchers. Location tracking only occurs when you are actively on shift (between going Available and Unavailable).
We collect information about your deliveries, routes, settlements, earnings, and mileage logs. This includes data uploaded via settlement PDFs and MileIQ CSV files.
If you use the vehicle management feature, we collect vehicle details such as year, make, model, and fuel efficiency ratings.
When you capture proof-of-pickup or proof-of-delivery photos, or attach an existing photo from your device's library, we collect and store those images as part of the delivery record. These photos are used solely to document the courier service for you and the dispatch company.
We automatically collect device information including device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You have control over location tracking. GPS tracking only activates when you toggle to "Available" status in the mobile app and stops when you toggle to "Unavailable." You can also revoke location permissions through your device settings at any time, though this will prevent mileage tracking and real-time fleet visibility features from functioning.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Delivery records, mileage logs, and settlement data are retained to support tax reporting and historical analytics. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
